I listen to the regular guys and have heard you give legal advice to callers. I have a question. My daughter is special needs and goes to public school last week she was left unsupervised to go the bathroom there was another special needs student (male) that went into the bathroom with her crawled under the stall and was grabbing her feet. The assistant came in found him got him out and we believe the only thing he did was grab her feet. The student has been suspended from school and I have been reassured that he will not be in school with her next year. I\'m not out for blood but the principle is these kids should have constant supervision at all times. Is there anything I can do legally to make it a point that no other special needs or any other child gets violated in this manner?
