Is it true that the court must give you a fair and speedy trial within the 45 days of arraignment? I received a speeding ticket on 8-6-10. Had my arraignment on 9-7-10, and now have a trial date of 6-3. Can this be dismissed based on the fair and speedy trial defense?...

My next door neighbor has moved out of state and has decided to "let the bank have his home" according to another neighbor. There is no for sale sign nor a forclosure notice.
